No refunds can be offered if the order is placed the day before the missionary leaves the MTC and
cannot be picked up.

Zelle is a secure payment system that you will have no trouble using at any time. Likewise, if you are in
Mexico, transferring to the local national account will be safe for you. Currently, we are only delivering
packages to MTC Mexico.

Occasionally, some high-demand products run out. This is rare, as we make every effort to prevent this
from happening. However, if a product does run out, you will receive a notification 72 hours after
placing your order, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5 days of
notification.
